1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Earniify ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Platform. Earniify reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform signifies your acceptance of any updated terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. User Conduct & Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts for the same individual.
• Use bots, automated scripts, or any form of "cheating" to complete tasks.
• Provide false information during registration or task completion.
• Share your account with others or sell your account.
• Access the platform via VPN, Proxy, or Tor to bypass geographical restrictions.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all accumulated earnings.

4. Earning and Withdrawals

Earnings on Earniify are credits that represent a value in USD or local currency. These credits can be withdrawn once you reach the minimum threshold specified on the dashboard. While we strive for instant payments, please allow up to 48 hours for manual review in certain cases.

Earniify reserves the right to reverse earnings if the third-party offerwall provider determines that the task was not completed legitimately.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and software on the Platform are the property of Earniify or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Earniify is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, earnings, or service interruptions.
